Akshardham Temple

The temple was named as Madhumati during the past generations. The idols in this temple are the ones that have been recovered by the ancient people from the mud. Hathee Singh Jain Temple

Hathee Singh Jain temple is located in Gandhinagar and is said to be an example ofthe architectural brilliance of the architects who lived in the past generation.The temple was built during 1850 AD and it was named as Hathee Singh after Seth Hathee Singh who is said to be a Jain trader. This Jain temple is said to be dedicated for the 15th Jain Trithanakara and Dharmanath. This temple is also famous for the splendid architecture and it has been completely constructed using pure white marble. The temple has got a double storied building. Inside the building one can witness a splendid dome and some galleries that make the temple even more attractive. There is a courtyard in this temple that has been made up of cement. This courtyard is completely enclosed with 52 cloisters and it holds the idol of the Lord Tirthankara.

Rani Roopmatis Mosque

The Rani Roopmatis Mosque is located in Gandhinagar in the state of Gujarat. The holiest shrine in this mosque was established by the great Sultan Mehmud Beghara.The mosque was constructed during the year 1430 AD and it was completely finished during the year 1440 AD. The mosque was named and dedicated to his wife. Rani Roopmati mosque has got some of the impressive domes, galleries and minarets inside it.
